August 20-22, 2026 | Eatonville, Washington

Join Christmas tree growers, industry leaders, exhibitors, researchers, and national organizations from across the country for the 2nd Annual Christmas Tree & Farm Showcase. Experience 2½ days of hands-on education, live equipment demonstrations, farm tours, networking, and the latest innovations shaping the future of the Christmas tree industry.

Pre-Registration Deadline: August 5th!
Pre-registration is the easiest way to secure your spot and save time at check-in. Registering by August 5 also helps us plan meals and event logistics. Please note that meal availability cannot be guaranteed for registrations received after the pre-registration deadline.

Farm Tours - Thursday, August 20
Join us for a full day of educational tours featuring research, seed production, and commercial Christmas tree operations. Attendees will visit three locations throughout the day:

	Tour Stop 1 WSU Puyallup Puyallup, WA
	Tour Stop 2 Silvaseed Roy, WA
	Tour Stop 3 Hunter Family Farms Olympia, WA

Please plan to drive between each tour location. Follow the tour route from WSU Puyallup → Silvaseed → Hunter Family Farm, ending with a networking social at Hunter Family Farm.

Pre-registration closes August 5. Registering early secures your spot, speeds up check-in, and helps us accurately plan meals and event logistics. While registrations will continue to be accepted after August 5, meal availability cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor Rates & Options
Exhibitor registrations include exhibit space, a 6-foot table, and chairs.

Tent Exhibit Space (Covered, Open Air) – $375 per booth
Located under the event tent. This is a covered space but not climate-controlled and may be exposed to wind and weather depending on tent wall configuration.
Outdoor Exhibit Space (Uncovered) – $300 per booth
Located in the designated outdoor vendor area. Exhibitors should plan for full exposure to the elements and may bring their own tent or canopy.
